Share capital

The share capital of Orc Group AB amounts to SEK 2 350 527,50 represented by 23 505 275 shares, each with a quota value of 0.10. Each share provides equal rights to participation in the Company's assets and profits and entitles the holder to one vote at General Meetings. At General Meetings, each person entitled to vote may vote for the full number of shares owned or represented by the person concerned, without any restrictions in voting rights.
